Refund Policy

At Rimack Academic Developer, we strive to deliver high-quality academic assistance that supports the academic success of our clients. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand by the quality of our work.

Policy for Failed Assignments or Projects

If an assignment or academic project completed by Rimack Academic Developer receives a failing grade, we offer two resolutions — with the first priority given to redoing the task:

  1. Free Redo of the Failed Work (Primary Resolution)

Upon receiving valid proof of failure, our team will redo the entire task free of charge, ensuring it meets the required academic standards. This is our first step to help you achieve a passing grade.

Conditions for Redo:

  • The client must provide official evidence of failure, such as:
    • Mark sheet, official feedback, or assessment results from the university/institution.
    • Screenshots or PDFs clearly showing the failed result with relevant feedback.
  • Redo requests must be made within 15 days of receiving official results.
  • Redo will be initiated only if the original task was not altered or edited by the client or a third party after submission.
  1. Full Refund (If Redo Is Not Possible)

If a redo is not possible due to valid reasons (such as academic deadlines having passed or institutional rejection of resubmission), then we will process a 100% refund of the amount paid for the failed task.

Refund Conditions:

  • All the same evidence requirements listed above apply.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.
  • Refunds are not applicable if the failure was due to:
    • Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.
    • Changes made by the client after delivery.
    • Non-compliance with original instructions by the client.
